'Convocation 2011' was held at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Sunday, 11th September 2011 for its eighth batch of graduating students. His Excellency Humaid Mohamed Obaid Al Qutami, Minister of The Degrees were conferred on 403 Graduates who graduated in the following disciplines of Engineering; Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and Biotechnology. Of the total 403 students, 289 are boys and 114 are girls.
