Freshers' Day

It all started with a ticket from the juniors in WhatsApp to attend the “Karwaan: An ode to new reality” mentioning the venue as “Your couch”. The junior batch really did mean it when they mentioned “your couch” as none of us remember getting away from it through out the session. It was the first event independently organized by the juniors. The challenge was it should be for two hours ONLINE! And they showed in action answering “Challenge Accepted”. The activities included a fun ramp walk, drama, dance, singing, mimicry and whatnot. It was an event yet to be copyrighted for virtual fun and experience by the batch of 2020-22.

Ice Breaking Events [29th August to 8th September]

A fun marathon of events was conducted by the senior batch for the juniors to melt the ice amongst them and also with the seniors. The MASSOC clubs came together to make the collaboration in the virtual environment a lot more easier and fun. We can make memories through online too! “You think... You know??” event by Alumni Relations Cell and Industry Linkage was packed with Just A Minute debates and ice-breaking questions on the videos collected showing the talents of the juniors. Vishwakarma and Creative club conducted the event “Pict-o-depict” which made the juniors glued to their laptops through out the session. “Twisted Tambola” by Manav and Vishwast’s club really did twist the brains of juniors a little. Finally, the last event “Unravel the Mystery” by Business & Analytics Club and Sponsorship club was a quiz event which kept the juniors on their toes to answer the questions on time. By the end of the week everybody got to know something about everyone!

Holi Celebrations

The Holi celebration added colors to our friendship. It was the last festival celebrated before the lockdown. The moments of playing and running around the campus to childishly avenge that friend who smeared the colorful strokes were to be cherished in the upcoming months inside our homes. The festival of colors smudged our faces with the everlasting color of memories of friendship and happiness.
