BITS-Pilani Student won second prize at the IEEE Big Data Cup Challenge 2019

Ms. Akankshya Mishra, mentored by Prof. Yashvardhan Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science & Information Systems, has secured second position in the Workshop "Understanding Multilingual Communities through Analysis of Code-switching Behaviors in Social Media Discussions" in IEEE Big Data Cup Challenge 2019 and is awarded $1000 as prize money. We commend the student and the professor on this achievement.
