Process Driven Placement System

Over time our placement process has been refined to make recruitment as simple as possible for students and companies alike. The life cycle of the placement process is:
  • Companies are contacted approximately two months ahead of the start of the placement season
  • A Job Announcement Form is floated to interested recruiters through the centralized placement portal.  
  • After filling the form, the requirements are scrutinized and a mutually convenient date and time is fixed for the presentation and selection process
  • The details of the job profile and the visit date of the company are floated to the students through the centralized portal, and applications are invited
  • The list of interested applicants is shared with the recruiter.  A testing partner may conduct a pre-process assessment on behalf of the company a few days before the process
  • Accommodation for visiting officials is arranged in the campus guest house, and student volunteers take care of logistics while the recruiters are on campus
  • After the selection process is completed, results are announced, and a letter of intent is released by an authorized representative of the company

Some of the salient points of the placement process are:

  • Adequate facilities for Pre-Placement talks (PPT), aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Interviews and other placement activities are available.
  • A team of dedicated placement committee volunteers work to ensure simpler logistics and all other related issues regarding campus placements.
