M.Tech. in Computing Systems & Infrastructure is a four-semester Work Integrated Learning Programme designed for working professionals aspiring for rapid career progression in IT Infrastructure Operations & Management.
Duration: 4 Semesters
What are the programme objectives?:
This programme aims to enable learners to take up leadership roles in managing IT infrastructure, or grow as a specialist in an Infrastructure Engineering/ Consulting role.
What are the learning outcomes?:
Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will:
- Acquire a better understanding of the working of systems & infrastructure, including hardware, software & networking.
- Gain an appreciation of industry best-practices, and successfully apply them to various projects.
- Be able to monitor and manage the performance of IT Systems.
- Design Data centres, manage operations, and enhance performance.
What is the eligibility criteria?:
Employed professionals holding B.Tech./ BE/ M.Sc./ MCA or equivalent in relevant disciplines, with minimum one year of work experience in relevant domains.
Admissions to next semester will begin in May 2018
